Ah, the coast. Such a different experience from Hawaiian beaches. So wide and open. The towering rocks blow my mind every time. The crisp wind, the squeak of the sand under foot (or paw), it's safe to say I enjoyed the Oregon coast.
It's not just the beach though, the tide pools were fascinating.
So many creatures and treasures.
Matt loved to be on the lookout for wildlife and faraway sights.
It was pretty chilly! But so beautiful and worth it. The most beautiful part though was Blacklock Point. An overgrown hike near an abandoned airfield that lead to magic.
The walk across the extremely windy, narrow path was an experience in itself, but wow. That view.
